2008 CWAJ Print Show Announcement

The College Women’s Association of Japan would like to invite you to submit up to two of your latest (hands-on) original works, completed within the last two years, for possible inclusion in next year’s exhibition and sale. The 53rd CWAJ Print Show will be held October 17 (Fri.) and 18 (Sat.), 2008 at the Tokyo American Club, which will be temporarily relocated to Takanawa, Tokyo, for the next two years. Please note that, because of the space limitations, only one print from each artist will be chosen and exhibited next year. No diptych will be accepted for the same reason.

As you know, all proceeds from the Print Show support the CWAJ Scholarship and Education Fund.

Please read the Procedures carefully and fill in the Title Information Index Form and Catalogue Information Form. Please submit:

• Your prints
• Title Information Index Form
• Catalogue Information Form
• A new passport-size photo
• (See Procedures for Artwork Submission.)

Please send all of the above to CWAJ, care of Yamato Fine Arts Division, to arrive between February 18 and February 25.If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly.

Once a print is submitted, the price and the edition number cannot be changed. In the sad matter of unselected prints, it is our policy to return them via cash-on-delivery. These should arrive by mid April.
